777 mixtape, the seven based, video game rap album by Mode 7 now available to stream and purchase

Nine video game remixes, all involving the number 7 in some way. It had to be done, and Mode 7 had to do it. The results are stunning. From Mega Man 7, to Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars, all the way to The 7th Saga, a few World 7’s, and definitely the theme of Seven Force from the niche classic Gunstar Heroes.

It’s all here in the largest mixtape to date for the Los Angeles video game rapper known as Mode 7 and available for the appropriately priced $7.77. This also happens to be the biggest musical roll out of this budding career! You will find the 777 mixtape all over the internet. Whether you listen to music on Spotify or Apple Music, or if you download or stream on Bandcamp or SoundCloud, you will find the album there! There are also a collection of lyric videos on YouTube to accompany this mixtape.

It all culminates with a set of shows in Pomona in which Mode 7 plans to share this mixtape and more live and in-person! March 31 and April 1 of 2023 will have two wildly different sets for these back to back concerts. Before then, there will also be a live show streaming via Twitch. It's your lucky day! 777. The new mixtape by Mode 7 is here! Nine beloved and cult classic games get the Mode 7 treatment. Hard hitting rhymes and catchy retro game beats from several seven based video games and video game music themes. Along with obscure classics like Kid Kool and the Seven Wonder Herbs, and of course we got to get on that The 7th Saga music. After dropping some truly obscure tracks on previous mixtapes, it's time to go full pop on this brand new release. New flows, hot remixes, and game themes you might actually recognize! 777 represents the culmination of work Mode 7 has put in up to this point. After this one drops, I'm diving back into the studio to start cooking up some summer loving for later this year. I fully believe there are enough fantastic tracks here that will tide you over for months.
