Listen and watch 'Orchestral Video Game Medleys,' the new album arranged by Mikel Dale
Mikel Dale has recently wrapped up a collection of medleys, dedicated to some of his favorite games and themes. Arranged by Mikel Dale, and performed by a large range of talented musicians and artists.
Long lasting series like Super Smash Bros, Legend of Zelda, and Animal Crossing all get medleys covering the many titles in those series.
We also get a more contemporary medley in Octopath Traveler. I’m embarrassed to say I have yet to play Octopath Traveler yet, but I am well ware of the quality music throughout, and I am reminded of that fact again with this medley arranged by Mikel Dale.

Harking back to Animal Crossing’s very first title theme all the way to New Horizons; from Zelda’s Overworld Theme up to the BOTW 2 trailer music - each medley takes you on a nostalgic journey through time.
Recorded during my master’s degree at the Royal College of Music in London, it was a pleasure to work with all the super talented musicians who brought the music to life.
